Return & Exchange
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policies.
Returns
We accept returns for products shipped by us if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g., wrong item or damaged item).
To complete your return:
- The item(s) must be returned with proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
- Contact our support team at service@konugo.com for return instructions.
Please note: You are responsible for covering the return shipping fee.
Refunds
Our refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received the item, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email:
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Haven’t received your refund yet?
- Check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary (typically 5 business days).
- If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at service@konugo.com.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
Please note:
- A management, processing, and transaction fee (1.5% of your total order value) will be deducted for cancellations.
- Full refunds only apply to order switches.
- If you place a new order, our system will automatically cancel your previous order and issue a 100% refund.
