What payment methods can I use at konugo?

We accept the following payment options:

  • PayPal: Pay securely through PayPal using your debit card, credit card, or PayPal balance. Registration is free and easy. payment, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

What if my payment fails?

There may be several reasons why a payment fails. If this happens, please reach out to our Customer Service Team via email at service@konugo.com with the subject line Failed Payment. Include your order details and, if possible, a screenshot of the issue for faster resolution.

Where is my order confirmation number?

An order confirmation number is generated once your online order is successfully placed. You will receive an email containing your order details, including the confirmation number.

Did not receive your order confirmation?

Let us help you! Contact our Customer Service Team via email at service@konugo.com with the subject line Order Confirmation Missing.

Why does my order status show Payment Pending?

The Payment Pendingstatus usually occurs when payment is unsuccessful. If this happens, you should receive an email from us with instructions to reattempt payment.

Unable to reattempt payment or didnt receive a payment failure email?

Please do not recreate your order to avoid duplication. Instead, contact our Customer Service Team via email at service@konugo.com with the subject line Payment Pending. Well send you a link to reattempt your payment.

Paid but order status has not been updated after 24 hours?

Our Customer Service Team can verify your payment and resend your order confirmation email. Reach out to us via email at service@konugo.com with the subject line Order Status Update.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order after its been placed?

To provide the best shopping experience, our systems are automated, and orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. This includes changes to shipping methods, quantities, or addresses.  

We recommend reviewing your cart and shipping details carefully before checking out. For further inquiries, contact our Customer Service Team via email at service@konugo.com with the subject line Order Support.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, our system will automatically send you periodic tracking updates via email. If you dont receive your tracking information, contact our Customer Service Team via email at service@konugo.com with the subject line Order Tracking. 

My order is Preparing to Shipor In Transit”—what does that mean?

Your order has been packed and has left our warehouse! Youll receive an email update with a tracking number for your parcel. Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking information to become active.

What are your delivery options, and how long does shipping take?

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days of the order date. Once shipped, youll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.  

Estimated delivery times:

- US : 712 business days after processing

- Other countries: 1530 business days after processing

Note: Delivery times may be extended during sale periods, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events. Deliveries are made on weekdays only (excluding public holidays).

Do you process orders during public holidays?

Our warehouse and courier partners are closed on public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next working day. We appreciate your understanding. 

Why is there a delay in delivery?

Due to high order volumes and precautionary measures taken by us and our delivery partners, delays may occur. You can track your order status using the tracking number provided in your email.
